There are several ways of transferring your contacts depending on your old phone. If your old phone is an Android phone or an iPhone, then simply open Google Play Store or App Store, download the app, log in and press “Sync now”. If your old phone is a feature phone that supports SyncML, then you can use our web wizard to transfer your contacts. If you are not sure if your phone is supported, then please check if you can find your phone under-supported phones. If your phone is on the list, then it is supported by My Contacts.
